morning sit at 6:00-7:00.
go to bed after that.
Noon sit at 1:30 pm, very sleepy. walked in the living room 5 mins and back to sit, still the same. So I slept in sofa for more than one hour.
5:00pm sat again. I thought that was a very good sit-probably the best one ever, could concentrate quite long, but I felt the mind is not so sharp although quite focused.
Night sit at 11:30-12:30, normal.
Go to bed at 1:00am.
